This product is part of the XAP range, a metal control station offering for the XB4 and XB5 series pushbuttons with a diameter of Ø 22 mm. The XAPD3503 is a grey (RAL7035) hollow case. This 3-hole version enables all XB4/XB5 functions, including an emergency stop (E-stop) button with a legend plate. Two legend holder sizes can be used in different positions. The dimensions provide convenient space for cable installation. The XAP can be customized using Harmony's online product selector and configurator. This product has been standardized with metric threads for use with ISO cable glands for full IEC 62444 compliance. It is equipped with two M25 holes. Protection against electric shock is class I according to EN/IEC 61140 and degree of protection against mechanical shock is up to IK07 according to EN/IEC 62262. The product is made of zinc alloy with dimensions of 80mm (width) x 175mm (height) x 77mm (depth) and a weight of 1,145kg. XAPD is designed for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) meeting the requirements of heavy-duty applications such as material handling, food & beverage, wind turbines, Mining, Minerals and Metals (MMM), vehicles, etc. The box complies with EN/IEC 60529 and EN/IEC 60947-5-1 and comes with CE and EAC certification. Fully customized legend panels are available to enhance the interface experience and aesthetics of the box. XAPD is designed to be mounted in both vertical and horizontal positions with 4 mounting holes. Its physical form allows a combination of simplicity, customization flexibility and attractive design for the machine. Complies with directives such as RoHS, WEEE and REACh related to environmental protection.
